Meet Your Chef

Been in a kitchen since I was 5 years old with my father, and Mexican grandmother & have over 40 years experience and education in the food industry, party planning, and catering. I’m originally from California, and have lived in Houston, Dallas, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Charlotte, Vancouver and now currently in Bellevue/Seattle WA area.

In my spare time, I love gardening, swimming, and coming up with new exciting recipes. I have 2 gorgeous daughters and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
